With an academic background as a Master of Science (cand.soc.) in Human Resource Management and many years of experience in recruitment, he has a strong foundation in organizational understanding, employee development, and strategic workforce planning—combined with a practical, business-focused mindset.

He works closely with leaders and decision-makers to ensure everyone involved is clear about the role, expectations, and organisational context before the recruitment process begins. For Martin, it’s essential to understand what will work in practice—not just on paper.
